The Art of Living are a husband and wife team, with one focused on the layout and interior of our developments and the other focused on the construction and exterior. We have one question in mind from the conception to the conclusion of every project, and that is: “Would we want to live here?”

Our colleagues have been with us for a number of years, initially as we undertook refurbishments, and subsequently as we began new developments. We use award-winning architects Studio Hudson to ensure we build homes to the highest standard, that blend in with their surroundings and make the most of the location’s potential.

Finally, we supplement our own team of builders with sub-contractors who we have used for many years and therefore know and trust. Like us, they are based in Kent and are happy to undertake projects throughout the county.
