We do not seek parcels of land capable of enabling very large developments. But we do seek quiet locations with good transport links which would support the prestigious homes we aim to build.

We make outright purchases of plots but are also prepared to work jointly with vendors to submit an agreed planning application. Given our extensive experience of the planning process we would expect to lead our joint consideration but will naturally take on board any suggestions.
